Ultimate Thomson & Scott Mother's Day Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

1 tsb lemon juice

1 shot elderflower cordial

Thomson & Scott Prosecco or Noughty for alcohol-free version

Edible flowers (calendula, pansy, lavender, violets, violas and rose petals all work well)

Generous twist of lemon peel

 

METHOD

Mix lemon juice and elderflower cordial in your choice of glass. Champagne saucers work well here because they display the flowers to beautifully

Top up with Thomson & Scott Prosecco

Garnish with edible flowers and the twist of lemon peel
