Campfire Fizz

The perfect way to warm up this season is with a sensational cocktail, and Noughty Non-Alcoholic Wine has just the one for you.

Ingredients (per glass)

• 60ml/2 fl oz Bourbon alternative such as Pathfinder or Kahol
• 90ml/3 fl oz Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay
• Dash of bitters

Garnish

• a toasted marshmallow (we’ve used vegan ones)
• Cocktail stick
• Edible glitter (optional)

Method

• Combine Bourbon alternative and bitters in a shaker half-filled with ice and shake well
• Strain into glass without ice
• Top with Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay
• Garnish with a perfectly toasted marshmallow and a hint of edible glitter for festivities

Tips

If you're looking to reduce calories, sugar-free marshmallows are an excellent substitute.
