Devil's Margarita

To celebrate spooky season we are going to show you a Noughty spin on the Devil's Margarita. 

Ingredients

1.5oz/50ml of Noughty Rouge
1.5oz/50ml Tequila alternative
Half a lime (squeezed)
0.5oz/20ml Agave or sugar syrup
Optional
Spice mix or salt (for the glass rim)

Method

Add the Tequila alternative, juice of half a lime and Agave (or sugar syrup) to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously until the shaker feels ice cold to touch and pour into your glass.

Gently pour 1.5oz/50ml of Noughty Rouge over a spoon just above the surface of the cocktail so it slowly settles on the surface. This should create a beautiful split colour effect.
