Ingredients (per glass)

180ml/6 fl oz Noughty Rouge
60ml/2 fl oz Whiskey Alternative (spiritless Kentucky 74)
30ml/1 fl oz Amaro alternative (Crodino)
30ml/1 fl oz orange juice

Garnish

Garnish with orange twist and a sprig of rosemary

Method

To a cocktail shaker, combine Noughty Rouge, Whiskey alternative, orange juice and amaro
Add ice, shake and strain over crushed ice into a tall collins glass
