Noughty Sicilian Lemon and Black Tea Sparkler

Ingredients (per glass)

  • 30ml/1 fl oz Gin alternative
  • 60ml/2 fl oz iced black tea
  • 15ml/0.5 fl oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15ml/0.5 fl oz/1 TSP honey
  • 120ml/4 fl oz Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay

Garnish

  • Lemon Twist

Method

  • Combine the Clean G, iced tea, lemon juice and honey into a cocktail shaker
  • Shake with ice and strain into a tumbler
  • Top with Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay
  • Garnish with a lemon twist
