Beverage Daily, the drinks trade paper asks if alcohol-free wine can follow the growth of alcohol-free beer. In her article Rachel Arthur asks Noughty CEO and Founder Amanda Thomson why she doesn't get "too hung up on creating an identical product" when it comes to non-alcoholic wine.
"I believe you have to approach, non-alcoholic wine has a new offeringI believe you have to approach, non-alcoholic wine has a new offering entirely," says Thomson. "It takes inspiration from its original form, which is an alcoholic wine, but then offers you something new, which is a lighter, more delicate experience, but yet nonetheless, engaging and moreish."
