New York Times Nods to Noughty Non-Alcoholic Wine with Focus on German Winemakers
The New York Times' eminent wine critic and journalist Florence Fabricant has noted Noughty premium non-alcoholic wine as a go-to when looking at the skills of German winemaking in this sector of the drinks industry.
Noughty's grapes are organically grown in La Mancha in the south of Spain and then transferred to our winemaking facility in Germany where our wine is skillfully crafted as an alcoholic wine, then expertly dealcoholised using vacuum distillation, a technique invented and refined by German winemakers.
"Sparkling wines, like Noughty... are successful as the carbonation compensates for the lack of alcoholic bite on the palate, forming a nice base for a buzz-free Bellini," says Fabricant of our wine.
