San Fransisco Chronicle Praises Noughty as 'Good Dealcoholized Option' for Wine Lovers

San Fransisco Chronicle's Wine Critic Esther Mobley praised Noughty as a 'good dealcoholized option' in a market that she felt offered non-alcoholic wines, "which suffer from... flavor defects... The harsh dealcoholization process strips the wine not only of its intoxicating agent, but also many of the flavors that make it taste complete."

She went on to say that there are good versions, "the best are... Thomson & Scott."

She describes Noughty Dealcoholized Sparkling Chardonnay as "like gummy candy, with bright acid and juicy flavors of apple and pear."
