Noughty Celebrates International Women's Day with a Cocktail and Charity Photo Shoot!
Noughty founder Amanda Thomson joined forces with Caleño boss Ellie Webb and Double Dutch creators Joyce and Raissa de Haas to promote the mindful drinking movement in the UK by collaborating this week on an exclusive cocktail to celebrate International Women's Day (Wednesday 8th March) with proceeds going to The Drinks Trust.
Alcohol-free spirits brand Caleño is partnering with Double Dutch - a female-founded mixer brand and Noughty - the leading alcohol-free wine brand to create an exclusive cocktail that will be sold throughout March to celebrate International Women’s Day. It will be available to buy at Club Soda’s Tasting Room on Drury Lane, London - the UK’s premier destination for low and no drink discovery, which is also female-founded - Laura Willoughby MBE.
The cocktail, entitled the beautifully tongue-twisting ‘Inde-pear-dent Women’, includes Caleño Light & Zesty tropical non-alcoholic spirit, Noughty Blanc dealcoholized white wine, Double Dutch Double Lemon and conference pear cordial.
Statistics show that just 4% of FTSE250 CEOs are women - in fact, in the FTSE 250 (where 97% of CEOs are men), there are more CEOs named John than female CEOs (The Pipeline, ‘Women Count 2022’).
The ‘Inde-pear-dent Women’ non-alcoholic cocktail is available for £9.50 throughout March. A percentage of the proceeds will be going to The Drinks Trust, who provide care and support to the people who form the drinks hospitality industry workforce, both past and present.
To try the cocktail for yourself, head to the Club Soda Tasting Room on Drury Lane in March.
