Bottles

Beautifully crafted Chardonnay/Chenin Still White Wine from South Africa. <0.5% ABV

Produced using 55% Chenin Blanc and 45% Chardonnay grapes harvested from dry-land farmed vineyards in the Western Cape region. The vineyards are strategically planted on south-west facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current. Deep soils from decomposed granite, clay rich, with good drainage.

With 14 days fermentation at 14-15°C, the grapes and juice are handled reductively to prevent oxidation and lock in fruitiness. The wine is left on lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is then dealcoholized by way of a gently spun cone technology. This is done under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure that the wine retains its distinctive body, colour and flavour.

£5.95 for standard 3-4 days

We ship to the UK mainland - excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands. For these locations, along with any other country, do contact us at hello@thomsonandscott.com for a bespoke quote as we have local partner distributors in many territories around the world.

Vineyards: The grapes are harvested from dry-land farmed vineyards in the Western Cape region, where the vines are not trellised and are planted as bush vines. Tasting Notes: Notes of yellow apple, lime and chamomile are present on the nose, with aromas of honeysuckle, citrus fruit and jasmine on the palate.  Elegant balance of acidity and fruitiness.

Pairing: Great alternative to any elegant alcoholic white wine to be paired accordingly.

Lovely and crisp!

When I used to drink, white wasn’t my “go to” but I do like a glass on a warm summers evening. This wine is perfect for just that!

Best non alcoholic white wine ever!

So delicious and as the flavour builds it tastes just like regular wine. Such a great after tasting many others that are just grape juice.

My Favourite!

This is the best white on the market. There’s cheaper options, but save your £££ and get this. It’s as close to white as you’ll get. Dry & tasty.
