Noughty Non-alcoholic Organic Sparkling Rosé has been expertly dealcoholized to retain the rich flavour of this beautifully crafted bottle.

TECHNICAL DATA

Vintage: Non vintage
Varietal: 100% organic Tempranillo
Vineyards: Sandy and calcareous vineyards located in La Mancha, southern Spain

Winemaking: Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further de-alcoholisation by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. Four hour maceration. The wine is then lightly carbonated.

TASTING NOTES

Beautiful classic rosé in colour with a scent of freshly picked berries. The balance between sweetness and acidity is in perfect harmony.

The bottle contains less than 150mg per litre of sulphites and is gluten free.
