Noughty Non-alcoholic Organic Sparkling Rosé has been expertly dealcoholized to retain the rich flavour of this beautifully crafted bottle.

TECHNICAL DATA

Vintage: Non vintage
Varietal: 100% organic Tempranillo
Vineyards: Sandy and calcareous vineyards located in La Mancha, southern Spain

Winemaking: Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further de-alcoholisation by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. Four hour maceration. The wine is then lightly carbonated.

TASTING NOTES

Beautiful classic rosé in colour with a scent of freshly picked berries. The balance between sweetness and acidity is in perfect harmony.

Great alternative to wine for aperitif and party nibbles, as well as with all manner of cuisine for those who choose to balance their alcohol intake.

The bottle contains less than 150mg per litre of sulphites and is gluten free.

The best non-alcoholic wine I’ve tasted

This is my new favourite, since becoming alcohol free 3 years ago I hadn’t been able to find anything that comes close to wine, until I found this one! It’s got the exact right level of acidity to really taste like a glass of wine and it tastes so good, I still can’t believe how good it is, and I’ve had a few bottles now!
