Noughty Non-alcoholic Organic Sparkling Rosé has been expertly dealcoholized to retain the rich flavour of this beautifully crafted bottle.

TECHNICAL DATA

Vintage: Non vintage
Varietal: 100% organic Tempranillo
Vineyards: Sandy and calcareous vineyards located in La Mancha, southern Spain

Winemaking: Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further de-alcoholisation by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. Four hour maceration. The wine is then lightly carbonated.

TASTING NOTES

Beautiful classic rosé in colour with a scent of freshly picked berries. The balance between sweetness and acidity is in perfect harmony.

The bottle contains less than 150mg per litre of sulphites and is gluten free.

An excellent non alcoholic sparkling wine, bonus that you can drink as much as you like and still be sober. No hangover, bad behaviour or anger because not all people are fun when they are drunk.
