Noughty Non-alcoholic Sparkling Chardonnay has been expertly dealcoholized to retain the rich flavour of this beautifully crafted bottle.

Vintage: Non vintage
Varietal: 100% organically grown Chardonnay grapes
Vineyards: Sandy and calcareous vineyards located in southern Spain

Winemaking: Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further de-alcoholisation by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. The wine is then lightly carbonated.

TASTING NOTES

Elegant pale colour with a crisp and ripe apple nose. Beautifully balanced with a touch of sweetness undercut with just the right amount of acidity.

PAIRING

Great alternative to wine for aperitif and party nibbles, as well as with all manner of cuisine for those who choose to balance their alcohol intake.

The bottle contains less than 150mg per litre of sulphites and is gluten free.

Naughty, but nice?

I have family for Christmas, 2 of which are vegan and don't drink alcohol. I was looking for a suitable drink to serve with dinner which everyone can enjoy. Naughty non alcoholic sparkling chardonnay was recommended, so I tried some. It's the perfect replacement for a celebratory cheers, not too sweet, has a refreshing taste on the palette and a reasonable price

As good as champagne without the after effects

I cannot believe what a wonderful wine this is. I think the secret us to chill it right down (I put mine in the freezer for 10 minutes) and gorgeous. I have also just tried the Rose sparkling, same treatment in the freezer for only 10 minutes but be careful, don't forget it or it will freeze, and gorgeous. Lovely taste, not too sweet. Can highly recommend both but they are moreish...but no alcohol so no hangovers...
